Vulva Balm | Natural Intimate Skincare for Daily Comfort

Description

Gentle, hormone-free skincare for the most delicate part of you. A daily favourite among customers navigating perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, and life's everyday demands on intimate skin — handcrafted in the UK with botanicals long known for hydration and care.

Why it works

Vulva Balm is a natural, plant-based balm made specifically for the delicate skin of the intimate area. The formula is built around deeply nourishing botanicals — shea butter, coconut oil, sweet almond, jojoba, and argan — chosen because they're traditionally valued for hydrating dry skin and looking after sensitive areas without overwhelming them.

Avocado and grapeseed oils add lasting moisture, while rosemary extract and vitamin E offer gentle, skin-loving care. The result is a soft, comforting balm that absorbs cleanly and leaves skin feeling calmer, smoother, and well looked-after.

It's hormone-free, fragrance-free, and free from parabens and synthetic additives — designed to work with sensitive skin, not against it. Made in small batches in Essex by a UK family-owned brand that's been crafting plant-based skincare since 2007.

A daily favourite among customers in perimenopause, menopause, and the postpartum window — alongside anyone who simply wants a gentle, plant-based balm in their daily intimate care routine.

How to use

Wash and dry hands thoroughly before use. Apply a small amount of balm to the external skin of the vulva and surrounding area. Massage in gently with clean fingertips until fully absorbed. Use daily, or as often as your skin needs comfort.

Please note: not latex-compatible — avoid use with latex condoms or diaphragms.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this vulva balm made for?

Anyone whose intimate skin needs a bit of extra comfort, hydration, or daily care. That includes people going through perimenopause or menopause when skin in this area can feel different, those who are postpartum or breastfeeding, people who experience friction from cycling, running, or tight clothing, and anyone who simply wants a gentle, plant-based balm in their daily skincare routine. The formula is intentionally simple, gentle, and free from anything harsh — so it suits sensitive skin of all kinds.

Is this vulva balm safe to use every day?

Yes — it's been designed for exactly that. The ingredients are all plant-based, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and chosen specifically because they're well-tolerated by sensitive skin. A small amount applied to the external skin once or twice daily is the typical routine. If you're using it during a particularly uncomfortable patch, more frequent application is fine. As always, if your skin reacts unexpectedly, stop using and speak to a GP or pharmacist.

Can I use this during menopause or postpartum?

Lots of our customers do — these are two of the most common life stages we hear about. Hormonal shifts can leave the skin of the intimate area feeling less comfortable than usual, and a gentle, nourishing balm can be a welcome addition to your daily care routine. That said, this is a skincare product, not a medical treatment. If you're dealing with persistent symptoms during menopause, postpartum recovery, or breastfeeding, it's always worth speaking to your GP or a women's health specialist — they can advise on what's right for your specific situation.

Is it safe to use with condoms?

This balm contains natural oils, which can break down latex over time. It is not latex-compatible — so please don't use it together with latex condoms or diaphragms. If you use barrier contraception, apply this balm well outside of intimacy windows, or speak to your GP about non-latex alternatives. For everyday daily comfort outside of those contexts, it works exactly as you'd expect any moisturising balm to.

Will it cause any irritation or stinging?

For the vast majority of people, no — the formula was built specifically to avoid irritation. There's no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no alcohol, no harsh actives. That said, everyone's skin is different, especially in this area. We always recommend a patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before applying anywhere more sensitive. If anything stings, burns, or doesn't feel right, stop using straight away and check in with a GP or pharmacist — those signals can sometimes indicate something else needs attention.

How long will a 30g or 100g tin last?

A 30g tin is a great starting size — used once daily, it typically lasts around 4 to 6 weeks. The 100g tin offers much better value if you know you like it, lasting 3 to 4 months with regular daily use. A little goes a long way: you only need a small amount to cover the area and absorb in. Both tins are made to keep well at room temperature — just close the lid firmly between uses and avoid getting water inside the tin.
