Yes — the balm is built around gentle, plant-based ingredients chosen because they soothe rather than aggravate, and it's paraben-free and free from synthetic fragrance. That said, it does contain peppermint and tea tree essential oils, which can be reactive on very sensitive skin and give a noticeable cooling tingle. We always recommend a patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, and keeping the balm away from broken skin and the eye area.
