The blend is built around nourishing coconut, calendula and olive oils — botanicals long valued for caring for delicate skin — with a subtle, calming note of palmarosa and tea tree. It's oestrogen-free, free from synthetic fragrance, parabens and dyes, and designed to feel light rather than heavy or greasy. How to use
Dispense a small amount of oil — a few drops — onto clean fingertips. Warm gently between the hands and massage into the external intimate skin until absorbed. Use once or twice daily, or whenever skin would welcome a little extra comfort.
For external use only. The oil is not latex compatible, so it should not be used with latex condoms. As with any intimate product, introduce it gradually so you can see how your skin responds.

It's also a gentle way to care for delicate skin as part of a normal daily routine, with no prescription needed.
How does this compare to your Vulva Balm?
Both are made for delicate intimate skin, and many customers use them together. The Feminine Menopause Support Oil is a lightweight oil, easy to massage in for everyday comfort, and especially popular with women navigating menopause. Our Vulva Balm is a richer, balm-textured product for daily intimate skincare. It often comes down to texture preference — some women like the lightness of the oil, others prefer the cushioned feel of the balm.
Can this be used as a lubricant?
This is designed as a skincare oil for the comfort of delicate external intimate skin, rather than as a personal lubricant. Importantly, it is oil-based and therefore not latex compatible — it should not be used with latex condoms. If you need a lubricant, choose a product made and tested specifically for that purpose.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The oil is built around gentle, plant-based ingredients and is free from synthetic fragrance, parabens and dyes. It does contain palmarosa, lemongrass and tea tree essential oils in small amounts, which can occasionally be reactive on very sensitive skin. We always recommend a patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, applying only to external skin, and discontinuing if any redness or discomfort develops.
Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
This oil contains palmarosa, lemongrass and tea tree essential oils, which aren't universally recommended during pregnancy without professional guidance. We'd suggest checking with your GP, midwife or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How long does a 100ml bottle last?
Because only a few drops are needed each time, a 100ml bottle lasts most women a good number of weeks with daily use. Stored away from direct heat and light, the oil has a 12-month shelf life once opened.
